I use fitness bands with a resistance of 3–11 kg, sometimes I take a harder band, but I recommend a soft one.

In stretching, at first glance, they are ultimately no more important than, for example, Belts, known in yoga classes, which can help you reach something or fix a position. But it's not that simple: the yoga belt gives a strong and stable grip, and the elastic band constantly shortens and lengthens, which confuses those who are just starting to use it for stretching.

Most importantly, it makes stretching more active, forcing us to balance tension and resistance, paying attention to controlling which muscles help maintain. It applies gentle pressure, guiding the joints and activating the muscles responsible for them.
